Art refund policy
At receipt and acknowledge of the goods, make sure that it is not damaged in any way in the packaging, if so do not accept the parcel.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days after receiving the product to e-mail
Except for paintings.
The refund amount will be sent back by the same payment method used by you, except for sending freight cost from gallery.
No return is allowed without contact with the gallery first.
Sculptures and lithographics can be returned for reason dissatisfaction, and requires to be in resealable condition, in mint condition.
Paintings are not accepted for return.
If the item turn out to be broken inside the packaging after receipt, contact the gallery for return instructions.
All returns must be packed into the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the item to be in good condition after shipping process, your return cost of freight will be refunded for sculptures, lithographics and broken item.
